Very cozy, clean and easy access to all sort of trails and things to do. Pretty far exceeded my expectations and I hope to come back later this winter. Highly recommend this place!!

Ryan's place was clean, situated in a beautiful mountainside area with a large creek running through the back of the property. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area, Ryan was helpful and responsive, plus the local people we met were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this spot without hesitation! The family loved it ❤️

We would absolutely return, it was a great location for a small group to visit Jay. Ryan was very responsive and communicated well. the popcorn machine was a big hit!

Great experience. Honestly, we selected it because it was dog-friendly but we would definitely recommend it whether there's a dog involved or not. Upstairs living room/bathroom/bedroom was great. Kitchen, sitting area, and bathroom downstairs were very functional and the woodstove downstairs was so cozy. The garage was perfect for storing our ski stuff out of the way. The river in the background made for a nice walking area and there was nice room to throw the tennis ball for the dog. There were quiet dirt roads a very short drive up the road to walk the dog. We had a minor issue with the stove and Ryan's response was immediate. Great host. Perfect spot for what we were looking for.
