The family and I were up at Jay for our annual trip and Ryan’s place was perfect. The unique layout was fun and the wood stove really warms the place up fast. And the location couldn’t be better, just a 5 minute drive to Jay. Definitely recommend!!

The house had plenty of bedrooms and beds for a large group or multiple families. We were there during one of the coldest stretches this winter; a high temperature of -6 degrees F one day. The house stayed warm. Great location for skiing at Jay Peak.

Great place to stay while on a ski trip. One of the closest private properties to Jay Peak ~5 min drive. Easy to find and the hosts are friendly and communicative.

Wow what a great spot. I walked in and I said, “wow what a great spot.” For sure worth it for any group of 7+. Hope to come back during summer to enjoy the stream in the backyard. Check this place out!

Great location to Ski Jay Peak (8 min drive)!
On main road. Easy in/out.
Place was super clean, and looked as advertised. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed there.
Would definitely stay again.
