Entire Apartment Near Jay Peak

-PARKING: Our driveway is shared between the house and apartment. The apartment space can support 2-3 vehicles with double parking. Please DO NOT park on the grass. Please leave two spaces close to the house unblocked. - DO NOT open the balcony doors. If opened they are difficult to close. If we find the doors open after checkout additional charges may be applied. -We are happy to allow pets on a case by case basis. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste from the yard. Pets are not to be left unattended in the house unless they can be crated. Pets may be left tied out if you are comfortable doing so, but please let us know if you intend to. -We have purchased wood for use in the wood stove for your convenience, it is located behind the apartment. Please limit burning to times you will be in the house for safety. In the event the wood is depleted before the end of the season, bundles can be purchased at the Jay Country Store. Only use the wood with the wood stove. -If you are not familiar with or comfortable starting fires in a stove, please do not. If you need assistance and we are available we will do our best to help. -Pets are not not allowed on the furniture(couches, chairs, beds) -No shoes should be worn within the house. We have slipper socks for your convenience located in a basket behind the entry door. -Please be considerate of your guests next door and, keep noise to a respectful level at all times. -No Smoking. Additional cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. If you do smoke outside please dispose of butts in the trash -Please do not rearrange the furniture. -Please do not log out of Hulu, Disney+ or ESPN on the TVs -At the end of the stay please clean any dirty dishes. -Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. Ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. -Please do not adjust the thermostats above 70 degrees F. -No meals in the bedrooms. -No additional guests without prior approval. -No illegal drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK for guests over 21 years of age. -Be responsible when using the washer and dryer. We'd prefer no more than 1 wash/dry cycle per night. -If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let us know immediately. -No parties in the house. If it is determined a party was held during your stay you will potentially be responsible for additional fees/charges. In the event of disruptions to our neighbors you may be asked to vacate the property. -Ski and snowboard equipment may be stored in the entry room. -Do not enter or interact with the small sauna shelter by the brook, it is not currently suitable for use. -When you check out please put all trash in trash receptacles, and leave any used beds unmade. -Checkout is 10am unless other arrangements were made. Staying beyond checkout time and impeding our cleaners may result in additional charges. In general, please treat our home with respect.

Guests will have access to the entire house, yard and brook frontage. The yard is shared with the main house where other Airbnb guests may also be staying.
